Missions The Maintenance Manager works under the authority of the site Director, and runs a team responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of an automated production facility. (S)he works in a changing technological context, and is proactive in putting forward proposals for enhancing the performances of the installations. In addition, (s)he is responsible for the satisfactory maintenance of buildings, and for the safety of all staff on the site. Background The position of Maintenance Manager is open to candidates with engineer training and significant experience in production unit maintenance. Responsibilities The Deputy Maintenance Manager works under the authority of the site's Maintenance Manager, and ensures the satisfactory operation of the production facility and running maintenance of the establishment, by organising the work of the team of maintenance technicians. Background The position of Deputy Maintenance Manager is open to young candidates with engineer training (secondary education qualifications + 5 years of higher education), preferably having completed a training scheme involving in-company internships. |
